Per usual, AWESOME Assos piece of equipment. I have only ridden 35 mile and 37 mile rides, but these are great shorts. I guess one would consider these a bit flashy with all the logos...... I like flashy. Bought these on sale. I would have paid full price for these shorts. I have Castelli and Giordana shorts. Assos is the best for me!

What a nice jacket. My ride started out at a fairly comfortable temperature. Toward the end, it started to get cool. Put on the jacket over my long sleeve jersey.....things were perfect. The jacket fits very well bunched up in the back pocket of your jersey. I usually wear XL in Assos. This fits perfect when you get in “bike position “. Fits tight in chest while standing. I would buy jacket at full price. If you can buy on sale...... No brainer, get it.

First “winter” ride. 2 hour ride in upper 30s low 40s and did not think about my hands/fingers once. I had a little bit of sweat with these gloves. Sweat was not a problem. Nice cushioning and great “feel” for a large profile glove. This glove is not an aerodynamic glove. Size was pretty much spot on. I wear large in all brands and same with this one. I would buy this glove again!!!!

Rode in upper 30s, low 40s. These shoe covers were nice and warm. Very stylish! Just like all Castelli kit, size up. I have larger ankles and calves so zipper is a little more challenging for me. I am sure I would have that issue with any brand. I have a 43-44 shoe and I ordered XL. Good fit. I would buy again.

This base layer is as advertised...... Icy Cool. I was skeptical if this shirt would live up to its description. It does and then some. I wear this shirt under all of my "summer" jerseys now. It does keep you cool. I would definitely recommend this shirt for a summer base layer. Especially if you can get it on Sale..... no brainer.
Remember this is a Castelli shirt, size up!

I was a little hesitant to throw down $200+ for a pair of sunglasses that I was only going to use for cycling (you will only use these for cycling, running, skiing etc.). I am glad I did! I have a great pair of "dark" polarized prescription Maui Jims that already work great for cycling. With my contact lenses in, the Prizm Road sunglasses are amazing. The Prizm Roads let enough light in, but at the same time, they filter enough light out. I can definitely tell a difference when going from sun to shade with the Oakley sunglasses.
I have only used these sunglasses a few times. I did have one ride where one of my contact lenses did get dry and I had to take it out. I am sure if I had "eye drops" that would have helped the situation. The other 3-4 times of use, I had no issue. I am a new contact lens user while cycling. If I have issues with the contact lenses, I will have my prescription placed in the glasses. That is how impressed I am with these sunglasses!

I have only used these bib shorts one time. It was a strenuous 2 hour ride and I have to say, I liked them. Temps were in mid 80's with little humidity. I definitely like the overall feel. They look to be well made. I am 5' 10" and weigh 195lbs, with a muscular build. The large fits nice. I ordered the XL and they felt to be too long in length. I have "large" thighs and the "elastic band" at the end of the shorts is a little tight at first. While on the ride, did not have any problems. Chamois was good. I would say buy a pair, especially if they are on sale.

I used this with starting temperature of 38 and ending temperature of 46 on a 25 mile ride with wind. What a great jacket. Fits great, feels great and works great. I used a long sleeve "light" CRAFT thermal shirt. I probably could have gotten by with short sleeve undershirt. Purchased this jacket on sale! I would have paid full price. Don't think about it, just buy it. Make sure you size up. I have a more "muscular " build. I usually wear XL in Assos gear. Had to go with XLG.
