This is a great little emergency jacket, just in case. I always take a jacket with me when I ride to the coast (California) because it can be quite cold there. This jacket is so packable and light, it's worth its weight.

This thing is so light, I'm not sure it's really doing anything. It's so light and packable, I take it with me just in case.

I own a couple of pairs of Castelli shorts. These are a race-fit, meaning they are supposed to be a little tighter than the touring shorts. These are my "go-to" shorts for rides over 200K. I've ridden a couple of double centuries in these shorts, and my skin stays pristine. The tight fit keeps things from rubbing the wrong way.

This has nice detail: Mavic zipper, reflective tabs on back pockets, and rear zippered pocket. The price was right, as well! Only problem is that I first ordered an X-Small, based on the bust and waist measurements. That was too tight around the arms and I exchanged it for a Small, which fits nicely. I am 5'4" and weigh 114#.

I prefer this windbreaker over others because it's bright (fluorescent orange) for increased visibility on the bike and it's compact. It fits into its own stuff sack, about the size of a softball. Only negative is that there are no pockets of any kind.

As far as fit is concerned, I bought the size small, and it fits great. I am 5'4" and weigh 116#.
