These grips are excellent. They're, cheap, light, attractive, and functional. I did find that on longer rides and races, these can cause minor numbness, but this was remedied by installing the chunky grips (which carry roughly 10 grams of extra bulk over the racer's edge.) Either way, these grips are the ONLY way to go. Absolutely amazing.

Full disclosure: I'm an XC racer. I was very hesitant to even consider this helmet after my Lazer was destroyed in a crash. I loved the way it looked, it was respectably light, and it fit very well. But, it was literally less than half as much as any of the big names in the world of helmets (Octal, Synthe, Z1, Overtake, etc.) Surely, at this price, it would fall dramatically short of its competition. Nope. I've been more than happy with the ARX. Don't get me wrong, it's very simple. Not many bells and whistles or special space age features found their way into the ARX. But take my word for it, this helmet looksPRO, and it does it for $100.

I didn't have super high expectations when I bought this helmet. After all, it's literally half the cost of most of the really good helmets out there (Octal, Synthe, and even Lazer's own Z1.) I was thrilled with the way this helmet fit and looked. I can't really imagine a helmet being a whole lot better than this, and especially not at twice the price. I only had the opportunity to race with this helmet once, at a very hot XC race in southern Utah, and it did amazingly well. Unfortunately my helmet met an untimely end when I went over the bars. The O2 did an excellent job of preventing my brains from being splattered all over the trail.

I'm running two of these right now on my race bike. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. I figured they wouldn't roll as quickly as a X-King. I was right, but it wasn't as drastic as I though. The Mountain King still rolls quickly, and it descends wonderfully. I would recommend this as an off-season tire. Probably not quick enough for races, but great everywhere else. Due rivulets is solid as well.

I'm running this bad boy on my race bike, and let me tell you, this fork is where it's at. Its light, it feels great, and it very nice looking to boot. My only gripe would be that "climb, trail, descend" is really just "climb, descend." This fork feels either rigid or open. That's fine though, a mushy middle-mode is a fine trade off when you consider how great the rest of this fork is.

Yes, these aren't the greatest bibs money can buy. In fact there isn't anything really spectacular about them. That said, I've loved 'em. I used these on and off in races earlier in the season, and they were always great. Thy look nice, and they're super comfortable. You really don't need anything much nicer unless your a pro.
