Familiarity: I've used it several times

Good for wind for sure, but not really even water "repellent" as described above. I wore this three times now in very light sprinkle (not even rain), and the water soaks through immediately. My Sportful jersey underneath was soaked within 5 minutes. I had a similar jacket by Endura that took about an hour before the water began to soak in. This one is a disappointment for what I expected... I'll wear it for cold winds, but definitely not for rainy days. Fit is perfect: I am 5'8", 148lbs and 37" chest, 29" waist and size small fits like a glove.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I usually wear Small in other brands, but ordered Medium based on the sizing chart (I'm 5'8" and 148lbs). But it turns out Medium is too big and has wrinkles in all the folded areas (e.g. groin, buttocks, behind knees). If I had known, I would have ordered a small.
Otherwise, the material seems nice and the chamois is thick without being overly bulgy. Once I return these for a small, I'll write a full review.

Update: Okay, so I got the smalls and they fit perfectly. Granted I like my biking clothes to fit tightly, but I do wear mediums for Castelli and Gore, and smalls for PI, Capo, Craft, Sportful and Hincapie. I wore these in 20 degree F and they are warm and moves well. No bunching behind the knees or in the groin. Not waterproof, however. (but then, I've never seen truly waterproof bibs). Chamois is comfortable but firm and not too bulky. The sitbones are nicely supported but the padding ends too short up front and makes my ahem privates feel weird.
