Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought these mostly because of price and appearance and, in part, based on the previous review. If I hadn't already removed the tags, I'd probably want to return these after the first use. My criticisms are as follows:
1. Sizing: These are sized small. I wear 32 waist jeans. My hips measure 40" and my waist just under 34. I sized up to a Large, knowing that the sizing on these runs smaller than other brands (I wear a Medium in LG and some PI). These fit me in a size large, but they're definitely SNUG. Glad I lost weight recently.
2. Stitching: I had two seams unraveling after just one ride. After having popped stitches a couple of times in the past by pulling on garments too quickly, I'm 98% certain that I didn't do that this go round...yet I had two threads raveling after a 4 mile ride.
3. Tight ankles: These don't have any zippers at the ankles, which makes them a bit of a pain to get off and on.
4. Insulation: There isn't any...or barely any. I wore these in mid- to upper-40F temperatures. My legs were cold when I started my ride and just as cold when I finished.
In short, my opinion of these bibs is exactly the opposite of the previous review. I guess I'll keep them in my stable...to fit somewhere between my 3/4 length Rivelo Bibs and the TRULY insulated Louis Garneau Providence Bibs that I bought as a comparison to these (however, truthfully, I think my 3/4 bibs are WARMER) than these Sugoi Full-length.
Only good things I can say about these is that the chamois appears to be high quality (time will tell), they look good on a fit figure, and they have decent reflective elements.

The size chart for POC had me agonizing over what size to choose. I have a 58cm head, which falls RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the Medium and Large size ranges.
Should I size up or down? UGH!!!! I spoke with a GearHead on here and they recommended sizing up to allow room to wear a cap under it, which turned out to be bad advice. The size Large was huge and looked huge on my head. I felt like Rick Moranis in Spaceballs.
I ordered a Medium. The difference in the size of the shell between the two is considerable. While I'm definitely at the upper end of the Medium size range, I can fit it on over my thin Smartwool cap and my ear-warmer headband. The fit is nice and snug and it looks proportionate on my head. It's a winner.
My ending note has to do with a common criticism I read...the way the straps attach to the helmet DOES make it difficult to wear your glasses OVER the straps (I've normally worn my glasses under, so not a problem for me). I've seen pics of pros wearing their glasses over, but I think it bears mentioning at least in this review. Some people may not like the helmet because of this fact.

I bought a M/L in this item because that's where I fit on their size chart with a 43" chest and 34" waist. This shirt fits me SNUGly...I have to pull the arms a bit everytime I put it on and the armpits are tight. Maybe it fits the way it's supposed to, but I think the next size up might be more comfortable. If you buy your size, you shouldn't have any issues fitting this under even a race-fit cycling jersey. This shirt has a TON of stretch to it. I wish it had a bit higher Merino content, but all in all I'd buy more of this item.

I first bought this in XL based on the size chart and being familiar with cycling gear typically running small (or really small, at times). I have broad shoulders, a 43" chest and a 34" waist. The XL fit comfortably in the shoulders and chest, but was loose in the waist (which I probably could have lived with) and too long for my torso (which annoyed me). I ordered a second in size large and am happy with the fit. This is a good Fall-Spring jersey for cooler days with the thickness of the fabric and brushed fleece lining. I wear it with my LG sleeves and they work well together.
One final note (and the reason I gave this jersey 4 vs. 5 stars...the black on this jersey isn't really black...it's kinda blue-greyish black and it doesn't match any of the black tights I wear (including a pair of Sugoi bibs I just bought). It's a minor point, but it annoys me a little.
