Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My buddy bought a K-edge at the same time that I bought one of these. He broke off a tab on his Garmin soon after. I also crash often but have not broken off a tab. My theory is that the slight flexibility of this mount allows it to flex a little so as to give the tabs some leeway before breaking. I suspect if I hit something hard enough the tabs will still break off but at least my Garmin is still good months out.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I swear these make me jittery after I take them. On the bike, they do a nice job keeping my blood sugar up but also giving me a little kick to get over the hump. Taste wise, I dislike these less than other gels. I mean, its a gel, its not like you are going to eat these for dinner. I do not know what makes me all giddy after wards but I love it. These are my go to gels.

This is my second R-45 hub and it simply works, and works, and works. I like the fact that its not as "angry bee-ish" as traditional hubs and its weight helps build up some race worthy wheels. I have had to adjust the bearings once, which seems in line with most CK parts as the bearings break in a little. After the initial seating, I have not had to touch the bearings. The only issue I have it that the hubs last so long you won't ever get a chance to try anything else out because these hubs will still be rolling along years later.
