Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Perfetto RoS Convertible Jacket is a solid choice for anyone looking for a layer for when it is in the 40's and may creep into the 50's. I wear a medium jersey in most brands and went for a medium in this. It fits but is race tight. For layering, I would order a size up.

The material is one in which it has some resistance to it, hence ROS, meaning rain or shine. This is a valuable component as it serves a dual purpose, blocking the wind and keeping you warm. I'm looking forward to using this jersey in multiple situations. One, for days where its in the 40's with a base layer underneath. Another, when its in the low 50's, or I know it will warm up and I will unzip the sleeves and use the jersey paired with a pair of arm warmers. This ability to have this jacket work in temperatures ranging from 40-55 is its greatest asset.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I took this bike out for a big day here in the Wasatch Mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. Kitted out, this bike matched not only my lycra attire but my inner ethos focused on speed, fitness, and fun. On the uphill, this bike pedaled better than any bike I have ridden. While a hardtail may be fast, the suspension on this bike makes it compliant on the uphill tracking over roots, bumps and rocks to provide a faster xc bike. At the top, I was curious how this bike would shred. Loads of flannel wearing, goggle donning enduro riders were shuttling the ride I had just ridden up and I pointed the bike down and just shot it. Like skiing powder in the winter, I felt like I was surfing through turns, in and out of pristine mountain single track. Launching of roots and rocks, the bike allowed finesse that a bigger traveled bike would have dampened. In short, I loved the way it rode uphill, but couldn't believe the way it was going down. For the riding I like to do, which is a combo of being fast and fun, this is the bike for me.

I test rode this bike for a period of three days. The bike really shines when you point it uphill but it also crushed in some crit like simulations. The di2 and all black bike was top of the line in my book. While I am a laggard when it comes to disc brakes on road bikes, I was surprised at how much I liked them. This is the trend for road bikes these days so I am on board now, especially after test riding them on the R5. Overall, this is a fast bike meant for a rider who appreciates a rocket ship of a bike.

I love these trigger point balls. I use them for muscle releases of hard to reach knots in my quads/hip flexors and glute med. As a endurance athlete overuse injuries are just around the corner unless I take care of my body. That starts with proper biomechanics and foam rolling in addition to trigger point release keep me going without screwing up my stride. Just to be transparent, my dog ate part of the ball and now I need another!

I threw these pedals on my urban bike I commute on and ride to the bar. They are great so far and the color choices spice up my life. They also don't have metal pins but are still grippy so my feet don't slip and I don't bang up my shins.
