Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I am really excited to ride with this tire, the reviews make it sound like an epic upgrade, and I am frankly done with Maxxis tires as the quality on the last couple I've purchased have really been sub par. I'm writing to share with potential customers, that setting the bead on the Magic Mary was a major pain. The rubber is ultra stiff out of the box with kinks and folds that allow too much air to escape when inflating. I ended up setting this with a tube, letting it sit for 30mins or so and then retrying without the tube. Schwalbe recommends a tire lube to help the bead set in the rim (I didn't have this). I used an air compressor, a floor pump might be challenging. Will update once I've been out to shred.

Grips and rips. Has forever been one of the better tires out there for traction, with stellar corning stability as the reviews note below. Definitely recommend replacing what's on your front wheel with the minion, and moving your front tire to the rear, no reason to replace two tires at once. Giving this tire just 3-stars this go around as there's excessive sidewall Stans seepage and the tread's worn down a bit quicker than expected, overall still good grip and reliable performance.

I started riding with Resin pads last season and may never go back to the metallic compound. I'm generally a light touch, controlled speed type rider and find with frequent breaking, these pads keep the rotors from heating up and squealing. They have plenty of power for a quick halt. Supposedly the resin breaks down faster than the metallic compound, but haven't had to replace them all that often. Great pads - stock up.

Agree with the other posts, the shape is a bit odd, but it works well! The plastic is light and flexible, expands on the sides when full but flattens when empty. Valve is smooth, and works well when the tank is laying on its side. You can’t beat the price, a great alternative to the disposable plastic just jugs for long car trips and camping adventures.

I've used the soft platy bottles for years, they're ideal for packing light but porting a bunch of water. I'm digging the new duo lock system. The cap is snug and nicely threaded for tight closure, and a larger opening for filling up. The drinking spout is a bit smaller and locking mechanism is easy to use. I'm enjoying the attached clip as well, great for river trips or scenarios where you just need to keep everything connected.

Smooth, stretchy, good layer for chillier rides, t-shirt like knit, dries quick and ultra comfortable to ride in. Slightly belled sleeves are great for pads, good length, and very cute, flattering fit. Purchased a Medium in the Baxton print and it's exactly as pictured. Unfortunately my hydration pack rubbing against the shirt caused a bit of pilling, but overall, good jersey.

I was looking for a summer weight long sleeve jersey, and I've found it. I've been out on just one ride with this jersey, and but so far, a big fan.

The folks at SheBeest have women's fit dialed, I purchased a medium and it is exactly how I would expect a medium cycling jersey to fit (I wear a Large in Castelli tops for reference). I have a shorter torso and smaller bust. The sleeve length is just right, back length a bit longer and stays down when riding, front is long enough to cover the top your shorts, and really all around the fit is just right.

There are a few extra details in the design that I really love about this piece. Lots of small reflective hits, extra pockets and even a waterproof center back pocket, love the extra high collar, and really really dig the fabric.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave these as a gift, he digs them. The size guide is spot on. They'r e not overly warm for a hot day, and allow for the arm to break, sweat, dry, etc. Slim enough to wear under a long sleeve. And good for general wear on an untamed trail with branches, brush, etc. Recommend these for any rider who just wants a bit of impact protection.

First impressions, great for a narrow foot and narrow heel. I dig the laces and what feels like a locking system, keeps the heel in place and shoes laced up just right. I have a fairly low instep, found the support and cushion comfortable for short distances and not an over correction to my natural strike (haven't run more than 4mi yet). I will say, these run small, maybe a whole size. I wear a 9.5 in street shoes, sized up to 10 (because I love a roomy toe box), and these are snug. I'd recommend sizing up at least .5 size and if you like a roomy toe box up a whole size.

Avex updated this cap to make it the most cleanable, drinkable, spill proof, dribble proof bottle on the market. Love it for travel and keeping germs out with the spout cover. Love that I can clean it properly with the new mechanism that pops the interior of the lid all apart. And I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher without fail. I've have no leakage or breakage issues, have dropped it plenty and am really developing a bond with this bottle.
