these glasses are awesome because of their huge lenses which make them very good for blocking out sun. They are also very comfy on your head. They fit amazingly with the poc helmet and are hardly noticeable when you go on a ride. They just rest perfectly on your head with no bounce. I highly recommend them.

the poc octal is super light and is hardly noticeable on your head during rides. It is also a very safe helmet compared to other ones I have ridden because it stays in one spot on your head and is highly adjustable. The helmet is also very ventilated and cool during the hot riding days.

The seat may look a little weird at first with its flat looking design, but it is certainly worth a try. The seat is extremely comfortable and I could ride many miles on it and never experience any chafing at all. Probably the best saddle I have ever ridden so far.

The grips are extremely comfortable and stay in place perfectly on your handlebar as long as they are installed properly. I recommend using either a little rubbing alcohol or soapy water to make them slide on smoother. They may move a little right after you first slide them all, but once the liquid dries they should stay in place really well. Be careful crashing however, as they might rip if they get caught on something. I have still managed to get these grips to last a whole race season which was pretty sweet, but don't expect them to last much longer than a year because they eventually tend to rip.

While the price may seem a little steep for the helmet, there is still no reason not to get it. Think of the hospital bill compared to the price of the helmet. I can guarantee that with the large, light design and mips technology (kind of like suspension within the helmet), this helmet will protect your head better than most other half shells on the market. The ventilation on the helmet is also incredible making the helmet feel like nothing on your head even on the hottest days. Definitely a super safe helmet built to last!

Being a very aggressive rider myself, I tend to have a lot of wheel problems with spokes loosening up, and breaking along with other problems. I have had no problems with these wheels after the many hard rides that I have already put on them in a fairly short amount of time. These wheels ride similarly to the feel of my old carbon wheel set, but are half the price. These wheels paired with vittoria tires are a perfect combo for racing and riding.

This drink mix is by far the best mix that I have ever used. It softens up the water and makes it even easier to drink during a race than plain water. It is very good tasting as well with the proper nutrients that your body needs to be replenished during a race. It has a lot less sugar than scratch which I felt was perfect for me. Definitely worth a try because of how much positive thought went into the mix.

When these brakes are working properly, they are spot on. They have great stopping power, and little free play which I like. However, to get these brakes to work correctly is very difficult. I have taken these to the shop a few times already in the course of a month. Once they are working properly they are great, but make sure they are working properly when you get the bike, because they are very difficult to bleed as well. But the brakes are still worth a try for sure to see if you like them or not.

This bike is by far the best hard tail that I have ever ridden. The frame is incredibly stiff and efficient on the climbs, while extremely absorbent on the descents at the same time. This is the first hard tail that I have ever ridden where it is possible to easily sit down and pedal through slightly downhill technical sections and cruise through them with no problems. This bike is worth a try for every type of rider from DH to road because this bike is pretty much a do it all machine in one surprisingly light and simply elegant design!
