Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Used the Wahoo Element for about 4 months and loved it. Switched from by 510 and 810 because they kept corrupting files. After 4 using it for 4 months I went to ride and the unit was dead. Would not turn on. Would not charge. Very frustrating. Hard to give it a good rating if it only works for a few months. Would be 5 stars if it had not broken. Hopefully either CC or Wahoo will make this right. While it was working I really liked the way the unit functioned. My hope is that this one was a lemon and the replacement will work for much longer than 4 months.

Update: Wahoo responded to my email about the issue the next business day. After sending the faulty unit back to them I had the replacement unit in hand 1 week later. Overall I would say good customer service. I am hopeful that this unit works for a long time because I like it better than my other cycling computers.
