Familiarity: I've used it several times

I would have to say I disagree with other reviews about sizing being off but I understand about personal preference and how that goes towards preferred fit.

I have been searching for a "race" fit jacket for awhile and always come away disappointed. I then usually default to a tight vest with arm warmers, but on semi chilly June mornings (55-65 degrees F) that's just overkill.

Enter the Jawbreaker jacket. This is the piece I've been waiting to add for years and I couldn't be happier. The cut is VERY race which I love. To the review below, the cuffs are very tight but once on, the sleeves don't move and the arms hardly flap. A huge plus for me.

I'm 6'2" and 175lbs (gulp) and the medium fit perfect without restricting movement at all. I haven't worn enough to comment on pockets etc but will update later.

All in all i see this as the perfect, race cut, jacket for late spring-early fall, brisk mornings or those colder weekend rides. Kudo's Oakley!

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I’ve been so back and forth on this helmet for a month or so.

Positives:
-well built
-fit and finish are top notch
-“first impression” fit is really good
-I personally think the ventilation is good for an aero helmet

Negatives:
-the Boa tensioner doesn’t allow fine enough tension. One click is too loose and allows sweat into the eyes, the next click tighter is then too tight....at least in my experience
-my biggest issue is that my head doesn’t fit “in” it, rather it fits “on” your head. Could be personal preference?

Overall I think it’s a pretty solid helmet, just doesn’t quite nail it for me at all angles.

As a guy that’s worn teams kits for the last 5 years or so, this was my first season not actually racing. My past experiences with non-team kits has been baggie, odd fitting and just....gross.

Well, I found my kit savior in Attaquer! The jersey is cut super well with the proper front and rear length and my ideal sleeve length (and tightness).

After one ride I came home and immediately pulled up Competitive to find my next kits.

Ya’ll killed it, Attaquer!

I've tried all of the modern Guide brakes (Ultimate on down) and XT's and these are the best parts of each, IMO. Love the weight and the feel of the race versions. Thought I would miss the easy adjustability of those others but once dialed in I dont find a need. Set it and forget it and lose the un-needed weight.
