Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Over the past few years I have been using Oakley Prizm, and Shred CBL sunglasses when I ride. I was skeptical at first of the ChromaPop, but now I am very glad I made the switch. While there is a lot of new lens tech on the market, I have found the ChromaPop to be the easiest on the eyes - no eye fatigue, true color representation, and they provide great detail.

I have been using the Sun Green Mirror lenses and they have worked very well for full on sunny days to overcast conditions. I do not find myself wanting a lighter lens even when transitioning in and out of the trees.

Very lightweight design that is a true medium fit - probably the most secure fitting glasses I have ridden with.

The Forefront 2 has been a great helmet, but it is not the most ventilated. Dialing in the fit is really easy, secure, and you can easily forget you have this helmet on. Although I am surprised that there is not padding on the rear of the helmet, I only notice this at the very beginning of each ride.

A lot of companies tout a helmet being "low profile", but when I compare this side by side to my Poc Tectal Race Spin and Sweet Protection Bushwacker II, it really is a smaller helmet.

For me I can live without this being overly ventilated in exchange for the secure fit, light weight, and performace.

Replaced my Yakima ski rack with this cargo box for the ski season this year. So far, gas mileage has been the same as before I added the box. There is less wind noise than with a ski rack, and it is definitely nice not to have all the road grime all over your gear once your arrive at home or the resort.

I did pick up the adapter kit that allows this to mount directly to my low profile wisp bars via T Bolts. The mounting clamps are very easy to use, but the bolts allow a great option for when you do not have a lot of clearance between the crossbars and the roof of your vehicle.

I have been able to get (4) snowboards, (1) par of skis, and ski poles loaded in this without any issue. this is definitely one long box.
