Love the idea of this MIPS. The two parts of the helmet really do move. I wanted to like the helmet but it fits really low on my head, barely clearing my ears and barely leaving room for my sunglasses. I also found the retention band in the front scratched my forehead. It's likely my head as the helmet looks different in pictures. Hopefully the technology will trickle down to less costly helmets and Giro will address some of the fit issues in v. 2.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is an extremely comfortable saddle. The 158 is virtually identical in width and length to most women's saddles. The ONLY problem with it is that the carbon rails are actually larger in height and width than advertised. The result is that it does not work on all seat posts even with a carbon adapter. Otherwise, great saddle.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I've been coveting a Kuat platform bike rack for a while, but I have an annoying Subaru OEM hitch. If you have one, you know what I am talking about. The hitch pin hole is only. .5 inches from the hitch opening. Most racks won't work with it. Alas, some friends have the Kuat and it works on their Subaru OEM hitches and the guys at Kuat said the Sherpa would work. And, it seems to. Ordered it last week. Came really fast and was not hard to put together. Watch the Kuat video rather along with the printed instructions. Only problem is the stupid little Phillips head screws holding the front plastic wheel that seem to melt when any force is applied. Carried two bikes today. So easy to mount the bikes. Seemed stable and is pretty light for a platform rack. It's a bit annoying that Backcountry said they had one is stock for $409. Four days later they have one in stock for $381! That's not good business practice. $409 is still a good price (for a model that has been updated.) Otherwise the rack is great. Hitch pin lock is a bit weird and the integrated cable lock is not exactly what other mfg call an integrated cable lock. (It's a plain cable that you have to attach to the hitch pin lock and loop around your bikes.) Otherwise, I am thrilled with the rack. I can actually lift it--it's fancy sister, the NV weighs almost twice as much. Ugh.
