Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is truly a great gravel bike for the money, no matter which group you choose. I actually have this bike with a SRAM Force groupset . It works as well on the road as it does on gravel. Will only accept 38 mm as the biggest tire. the only gripe is the quick release skewer used on the rear wheel instead of a thru-axle, so it has a tendency to move after a few hard miles on gravel. But other than that, a great rig.

I wear a size 42.5 in Sidi's & Specialized....I knew Castelli stuff usually runs smaller so I ordered a Large and it has worked out fine......shoe covers are usually not the easiest pieces to put on, so I didn't expect a slam dunk here.....a little work to fit over the buckles and bands, but with a little patience they fit like they should...... snug......keeps my feet nice and warm ( I've worn them from the high 30's to the low 50's)..... the zipper seems like it will hold up as long as I'm careful....I ruined a pair of Giordana covers by being impatient.....the price is right as long as you buy when it's discounted........

No matter how many other pieces of clothing I try, nothing seems to be as consistent fitting as Castelli.........I recently have tried other brands of jackets and long sleeve jerseys such as Pearl Izumi, Hincapie, and Sugoi....but it seems that Italian brands like Capo, Giordana, and Castelli, just work for me.........trouble is most pieces are created just about everywhere but their country of origin, so it just depends if you get lucky....but with that said anything in a Castelli medium works for my body...I'm only 5ft.6, and weigh 148 lbs, so maybe that helps......this is a great jacket, ( I also have a Mortirolo) that fits snug and allows plenty of room for a layer underneath.....but just my opinion....for what it's worth

I have quite a few Capo pieces so I know what to expect when I order their clothing....always great quality and for me the perfect fit.....this jersey however threw me a bit of a curveball....I am usually a size small in both their bibs and jerseys.....I,m 5ft 6in and 148 lbs.......but on this particular jersey I had to return my small for a medium....this sucker was tight...like hold your breath tight.....the medium however fit perfect......just a heads up on this jersey.....I ordered the bibs in a small and they fit perfectly.....just don't be surprised if you have to size up on this one................

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I love this jersey.......fits perfect ( order one size larger) I usually order a medium in Castelli, a small in all other North American manufacturers clothes, such as Pearl Izumi, Voler, Louis Garneau, Sugoi, etc.......I'm 5 foot 6 and 150 lbs.......it's extremely comfortable and I love the high pockets.......I carry a pouch with tools, co2's, tube.....so I like the fact that the pockets hold everything high and don't sag around my butt.......I am very impressed with this jersey in this price range..........It does run small as most Euro clothes do, so it would be smart to order one size up......

After all the horror stories (reviews) I've been reading about this cassette, I thought I would try it for myself.......I have been using an Ultegra 11-28 with my Dura-Ace 9000 group, but I discovered that the steel cogs on the Ultegra were just too damn noisy when the angle was too extreme i.e. 50 x 28 or 25..so I thought that the Titanium cogs on the Dura-Ace would be more quiet and bingo it is......I'm only 5'6" and weigh 148 lbs. so I don't stress too many parts on a bike.....I do a lot of climbing, so I thought this would be a good test to see if the carbon spider would hold up.....and after 600 miles or so, no problems at all......don't know why a carbon piece would fail when just about everything is made from the stuff these days...........but anything is possible..........

I absolutely loved these leg warmers, BUT, they were sooo long that I had to return them.......I wear a small and these were so long that I had to pull them all the way to my crotch (sorry) to have them sit at my ankle.......and I knew that they would be painful at that point, during a ride......they are extremely well made but Capo must think everyone is 6 feet tall.......I'm 5'6"....so smaller riders beware unless you have long legs...........
