Not my favorite installation or sealing setup out there, but once its installed it doesn't matter. These take a lot of abuse and keep spinning.
I always miss the stiffness of the 36 and its 20mm axle when charging on the downs, but this little brother version does a very respectable job, and feels noticeably lighter when the wheels are pointed up. Pick your poison.
These are pretty darn good for gels, the worst of the robot-foods in my mind. But they certainly give you a perk, and not that crash you might expect. And unlike some of the others, I don't dread eating them. In fact I look forward to it. And if I'm feeling crazy, I squeeze some onto a Honey Stinger waffle.
Great for those occasions where you will be pushing a muscle group to its limits. For instance, it will help with the arm pump when riding downhill all day, and doubly so if you are climbing back up to the top yourself.
