Great elbow pads!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I have some decent sized biceps and went with the XL size. they fit great and I don't even notice they are on. They do have a weird strap thing, it just kind of hangs there. I'll most likely cut it off as it serves no purpose. But, overall I think these are great; Light, breathable (I'm in Texas), and solid protection.
