How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Chest:
Measure around the chest horizontally at the widest point.
Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Seat:
Measure around the widest part of your seating area.
Inseam:
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Arm Length:
Measure from the center of your back to your wrist with arms held out.
Knuckle Circumference:
Measure around your knuckles not including the thumb.

Poor product from POC

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

At least one size smaller than sizing chart. Shorts are taken ALL the way up in the crotch to the point that I would consider them women's use only. Pre-purchase I got no response from POC for 3 days, should not have purchased as I always look to avoid the return process. Cannot trust POC, they have a sizing chart on their website for pads with measurements and then another one that says if their pads run small or accurate or large. Just update the sizing chart. For these shorts no way were they accurate to website. Even if they fit they are not worth the 30% premium. Thought I was going to gear up on POC - no plans to purchase based on experience and poor website.

What you would expect from POC

I've used it several times

I absolutely love these shorts. They fit true to waist size and are super comfortable. Also very thick and well built. Love the front pockets to keep your items in the front of your legs out of harms way. I wore these on a few single track rides and I really wouldnt recommend them for anything but DH unless you wear knee pads. There very long and i think if I didnt have my knee pads on they would have drove me crazy going over my knees as I pedaled. I have to say that they held my cell phone and a map comfortably on two seperate 15 mile rides.
