Item # POC000T

Instead of a scratchy or pinching hook-and-loop strap, POC's Index Air Gloves use a soft spandex-covered hem and elastic gusset to keep them in place. They're plenty light for XC use, yet they feel sturdy enough for dirt jumping, street riding, and multi-day adventures in the high mountains.

The Index Air gloves cover the back of your hand with a durable yet light and breathable nylon mesh, while the palm is made of perforated synthetic suede. It's textured to offer a supreme grip on your bars. It's also quite sensitive, so you'll be able to snap off exact shifts just when you need them. POC also added silicone grippers on your braking fingers so you don't slip off the levers while you're braking hard.

The POC Index Air Gloves are available in sizes X-Small to X-Large and in the colors Bohrium Red, Uranium Black, Tihalium Green, and Aluminum Grey.

Great low profile glove

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: XL

I like my gloves thin and simple... these fit the bill, and have a nice clean look as well. Fit is great/true to size. Haven't used enough to know the longevity, but they seem on par with any other glove I've had recently.

Brand new - stitching has hole at seams!

  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: large

Just got them and am disappointed about the hole in the seam. Same place as the green gloves in other post below. I won't send them back as it's a PIA. Who's doing quality control at POC?

So far so good!

I would give these gloves 5 stars but I have only worn them twice. They are the first glow that I have purchased that doesn't have a velcro strap. Its amazing to get rid of that feature. These gloves are very light weight and breathable. I couldn't ask for more. I have a fairly larger than average hand and fit in the large perfect. I will update this review as I learn more about this product but so far I am blown away.

I hope that they hold up.

Love them!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I am very impressed by the breathability of the upper, as well as the suppleness of the palm.

These are quite possibly the best MTB gloves I have ridden in a long time, if not ever.

Breathable but not the most durable glov

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Very light and good grip but just like the person below, it wears quickly. All in all it's an ok glove with a good fit though.

Loved these at first.

I love everything about these gloves with the exception of the workmanship. I've worn them on four rides, and already blew out the stitching as pictured.

Pros: comfortable, lightweight and cool, touchscreen compatible. Grippy. The articulated fingers are nice. No fingertip seam rub that drives me crazy.

Cons: you need to be a seamstress to make them last.

Overall, for the price, I'm pretty disappointed.

Loved these at first.

Good to know, as I'm tough on gloves. Maybe I'll just stick with Fox?
