Measure around the chest horizontally at the widest point.
Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Seat:
Measure around the widest part of your seating area.
Inseam:

I really like the POC liners. I mainly use under non-bike casual shorts for short trips to grocery store etc. I don’t find that they ride up as some reviewers report. Good chamois; nice fit; I bought a second pair.

Can you please tell me how long the inseam on the shorts are? I can’t find a precise measurement on any website. I wear a size small.

Good Light Weight Trail Liner

Got these to wear on recovery trail-ride days. Good snug fit. Minimal bunching. Have only washed them twice so we'll have to see how well they hold up over time, but overall good light-weight liner!
