Only recently joining the world of sunglasses, POC seems to be coming into its own based on the design of the Do Blade Raceday. The lightweight grilamid frames are larger than other cycling sunglasses, but their memorable shape is about more than just style — it ensures you’ll have a wide field of vision without any obstruction from the frames that fully surround the lenses. The Racedays feature Carl Zeiss lenses treated with both an anti-fog coating as well as POC’s Ripel coating, which work together to make sure fog, dirt, and sweat roll right off. The lenses are also curved on both axes for a distortion-free view, and they’re designed to increase contrast to help make road obstacles easier to see.
If you feel the need to change your lenses based on the conditions you’re riding in, the sunglasses include a center bar that quickly releases the standard lens for hassle-free swapping. The hydrophilic rubber nosepiece is also adjustable, and POC added rubber inserts at the temples to eliminate slipping when you start to get sweaty. A vent on each included lens helps keep your field of vision fog-free during slow, hot climbs. The sunglasses noticeably widen at the temples in order to perfectly integrate with POC’s Octal helmet, so if you’re using the Octal already, the Do Blade Racedays will complete your kit.
- Racing glasses for the stylish cyclist
- Treated lenses resist foggin and boost contrast
- Rubber inserts minimize slipping even while wet
- Promotes wide field of vision for fast descents in the peloton
- Seamlessly integrates with POC's Octal helmet

These are a great take on bike glasses. They don't make you look angry, and fill in the hard to reach places on your gaper gap. The lenses are super crisp and the wide, wrapped profile keeps out dust when going down hill. I have a smaller head and they are pretty big, but they work well with the POC Tectal helmet.

In fairness - these are great glasses and I wanted them to work for me but as a women these frames were too big for my face.

Great glasses with fantastic clarity that block out wind on fast descents. The included glasses case is also a nice touch.

It saved my eyesight!

Used to tiny glasses that don't cover your eyes as much as you would like? Now you don't have to worry about having direct sunlight blazing into your eyes or a branch hitting your eyes with POC's DO Blade Sunglasses. I crashed while using these and there was no way that any sort of object or projectile was going to get into my eyes. These things give you full coverage and protection. What a life saver!!! They fit really well with the POC Octal AVIP MIPS helmet-- either over the eyes or resting on top.

Huge field of vision

these glasses are awesome because of their huge lenses which make them very good for blocking out sun. They are also very comfy on your head. They fit amazingly with the poc helmet and are hardly noticeable when you go on a ride. They just rest perfectly on your head with no bounce. I highly recommend them.
