Comfortable light weight helmet
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I've been wearing this helmet all summer mountain biking and it is comfortable, light weight and looks great. I have a very small head and the XS/S fits well. Some other brands did not tighten quite small enough, but the POC has room to spare on its adjustability. I wanted a helmet that covered the back of my head well and this does the job. It also looks cute and doesn't look too big compared to some of the other brands that I tried.

Good looking helmet
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Great looking helmet. Super great fit around the ears and chin. I wanted to keep but the padding inside the helmet was lacking for me. The front inside padding is comfortable but towards the back, its was lacking. I ended up returning and getting the Smith Session.

Barely Know It's There
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Exceptionally light, breathable, stylish, and comfortable. I've worn this on a few rides so far and absolutely love it. Love the adjustable brim, low profile look, and fit with the POC Crave sunglasses. The lightweight nature and breathability have been great for warm days and long rides. To help customize fit, the helmet features a boa system. Similar to the brim, you can move said boa system up and down (three settings) based on the shape of your head. I've worn the Smith Forefront and Session in the past and both fit great. Similarly, this helmet fits just as comfortably and the size is similar to both of the Smith models - I wore a medium in Smith and have a medium in the POC. While it may be the "affordable" option in POC's lineup of mountain bike helmets, you can't go wrong with the Axion Spin.
