Description

LES is more.

Pivot invested ample research and design into the Swinger Dropout SS Kit so you can enjoy the gear-free life without the annoyances of creaks and slackening chains. The design swings around a pivot that's located in front of the upper post mount of the brake, tensioning the chain with a negligible effect to the LES' ride.

The Pivot Swinger Dropout SS Kit comes with all the hardware and necessary components to ditch the weight and complexity of gears.

Works as advertised

So, just a little clarification on the two types listed; the less expensive option is for the second generation Les, which debuted in 2017, and has a boost (148mm) rear end. If you have this Les, and are crazy enough to go SS, all you need is the $50 option. Your Les already has the correct dropouts, you just need the hardware. The $200 option listed includes all new dropouts in addition to the hardware. I believe it is for the older version of the Les.

Unanswered Question

What is the actual difference between the two models listed? I ride an older LES model with 135 mm rear and would like to replace the stock dropouts with a 142x12 thru axle kit.

Thanks,

Mike
