Retro never felt so good.

Exuding a seriously stylish, retro-infused aesthetic that's all but absent in the tech-oriented world of modern cycling, the PedalED Men's Mido Riding Boot brings classic hiker sensibilities to your nasty-weather commute. Its lace-up design extends all the way to the toe for the best possible fit. Plus, the boot's low-top silhouette ensures full mobility for pedaling your city cruiser or daily commuter around town.

Crafted in Italy by legendary footwear manufacturer Diemme, the boot's leather uppers instill timeless sophistication and water-resistant protection for battling rainy conditions. It's also fully breathable, so your feet aren't soaked from the inside-out when you're pedaling around on damp days. PedalED finished these boots with a rugged, yet thin-profile Vibram sole for sure-footed grip, also adding a rounded toecap for pedal-friendly use.

These boots are fantastic

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 43

Disclosure: I bought the Pedal Ed Mido Riding Boots on sale (50% of the regular price).

I had used them only a couple of times, on my commute to work (fixed-gear bike, flat pedals with toe cages, about 8 Km/5 mi ride each way) and the rest of the day, and I found them so comfortable that I purchased a second pair in a different color. It also helps that they're quite stylish (but not too much).

Would I purchase the boots at regular price? Probably not, to be honest. But they are so comfortable and the craftsmanship is so nice (as mentioned in another comment), that they are worth every cent.

At the time of writing this, there are only a couple of pairs left on sale. But, If you don't find them on sale, and your budget allows it, do yourself a favor and buy a pair. I cannot recommend them enough.

The are soooo nice the craftsmanship is amazing, so nice I don't want to get them dirty. They work well with flat pedals and look amazing. I will be sad when they die
