I bought these because I had tennis shoes I was cycling in and getting foot pain. These are amazing and I can ride longer which was my goal. Also to reduce foot pain and these are great riding shoes for that. Also really cute! Love them! True to your running shoe size, regular shoe size.

Good shoe

This shoe fit my narrow heel and medium-wide toe area and didn’t come up too high on my ankle. It’s comfortable, more lightweight and less bulky than my Five-Ten Stealths. It doesn’t grip my pedals as well as the Five-Tens and my feet will occasionally slide off the pedals.
