Good and Tight

I grabbed a pair to go with a thermal jersey and they work surprisingly well. True to the description, they really do fit over an existing short or bib (I wear this with bibs) but don't show any lines and don't bunch up. I don't feel the wind or the cold, though the lowest I've tested it is 30F, just below freezing. Size runs true, sporting a medium as I do for my bibs and jerseys.
