Description

Arguably the most popular tool in cycling.

When making adjustments to your bike, the three most common hex sizes are 4, 5, and 6mm. Park Tool, being the savvy purveyor of bicycle repair equipment that it is, developed what's quite possibly the most iconic shop tool ever -- the 3-Way Hex Wrench.

Known internally at Park Tool as the AWS-1, and to mechanics worldwide as a 'Y-wrench,' this three-way has 4, 5, and 6mm hex wrenches. Each are bonded to a sturdy plastic center handle in order to ensure a firm grip. And by having three sizes instantly available, you'll spend less time fumbling around, and more time fixing things.

  • A handy hex wrench that is at home in every work bench
  • Includes a 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm wrench on one three-way
  • Comfortable handle makes long work a breeze
  • Tools are built from steel for long-term durability
  • Sturdy plastic center helps keep your grip secure

Park is the best

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Park Tools...nuff said. I've used both Park and Pedros....both reputable, both durable. A three-way (3mm, 4mm, 5mm) is a very useful tool if you don't want a bunch of loose t-handle or allen keys rattling around in your tool bag. I use the regular ends. I don't like the balldriver ends...those round off easily, just my opinion.

Literally Get's the Job Done!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

It's a "Y" wrench by Park Tool, there isn't to much to say. It is well made, fits tight into the bolt heads and has a little longer reach than most. Would buy again if I lost this one.

You need this, you just don't know it...

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

It is so nice to grab one tool and be able to adjust almost everything on my bike. This is replacing an "all in one" tool that I have had for years. If you have used the all in one solution, you know it is good in a pinch on the trail, but is more difficult to use than dedicated tools like this. I keep this with me when riding with large groups or on bike trips when mechanical work is a possibility. This is one of those purchases that you wonder how you lived without it.

bought one for the truck...

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

These are just too handy to not have around. Bought this one to keep in my truck for trailhead tightening and adjustments. Easy in the hand and easy to manipulate. On occasion the shape won't let it get into tight spaces, but 90% of the time this works great.
