How to Measure:
For best results, have someone take the measurement for you.
Torso:
Start at the iliac crest (the top of your hipbone that you can feel like a shelf on the side of your body). From this level on your spine, measure to the C7 vertebrae, the knobby bone at the base of your neck when you put your head down. Make sure to keep your back straight while having the measurement taken.
Hip:
Measure around your hips, at your iliac crest, not your waist.

I bought this pack for a hiking trip. Small enough to not be a huge carry along while hiking. I was able to fit all my snacks and water inside comfortably!

I was afraid that it was too big for my girlfriend (she is 5'2 or 158 cm), but fits perfect on her. The inside bag has multiple compartments that allow her to keep her cellphone, keys, jacket, small tools, and some food just fine. Also has the 2.5L water reserve which is the biggest for a woman on this brand.

Roses are red, violets are blue. I love this pack, and I'm sure you will too. I am a jack of all trades, nothing more nothing less. Buy this pack, and you too will confess. Your debt to Osprey, for making this cute little pack. Hydrapak included, you can barely feel it on your back. We don't know each other, but I wouldn't tell a lie. With 2.5 liters of water and all my tools, I feel like I could fly. I'm not a professional mountain biker, And just a guess, neither are you. With this pack by your side, you may be able to fool a few! In all seriousness, I've been living in Utah and mountain biking for about a year. I'm obsessed with the sport and have recently decided to commit to some essential gear. You shouldn't go anywhere without tools and water, and this pack is perfect for that. A ten-mile trail or day at the local park, this pack is perfect and easy to throw in the car. It comes in different volumes and colors so have fun deciding and don't wait another second!
