Description

Endurance Tubeless Sealant

If you’re looking for just the sealant and already have the injection system, then the Orange Seal Endurance Tubeless Sealant is your go-to option. It comes in various sizes, but all fit with the screw-top of Orange Seal’s injection system — should you already have that. The formula itself is designed to last two-three times longer than regular sealant, meaning you don’t have to fill up the tire as frequently because of it drying out. This premium latex sealant features what Orange Seal refers to as nanites, solid particles of multiple shapes and sizes that quickly seal punctures up to 1/4-inch. It’s also a bit lighter weight to keep weight down. Orange Seal goes a step further and formulates the sealant to be eco-friendly, helping the environment and your peace of mind.

  • Orange Seal's longer lasting sealant mix to go longer between fills
  • Keeps you riding more and filling less
  • Formula is intended to seal punctures of up to 1/4in in length
  • Designed to work in all the conditions you normally come across
  • Eco-friendly compound is gentle on the environment
  • Available in a variety of volumes

Go-to Sealant

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Highly recommend this sealant on all types of tubeless tires. I've use it for road, gravel, and mtb tires set up tubeless and have no complaints

My go to sealant

In many ways, this stuff is similar to Stan's. It works really well at sealing up holes and punctures. It's easy to inject in to valve stems. You know, what sealant is supposed to be like. When it comes down to it though, here's why I choose Orange Seal: When I inevitably spill some Stan's during a tire change or sealant refresh, my shop then has the distinct odor of cat urine. When I lose a little Orange Seal to the surface of the shop floor, up from that concrete slab rises a wonderful aroma that I can only describe as "yum, Froot Loops!" It really does smell good. Also, I'm a native Austinite and Orange Seal is based in Cedar Park TX, just up the road from me. So, I kinda have to support the local business. :) It performs great, lasts a long time in central TX heat, and it doesn't stink like an overused litterbox!

It mostly works

I have had two cuts in tires that it did not seal. One was small enough I think it should have sealed it. I ended up putting a tube in to continue the ride. The other one I put in bacon strips and I was barely able to ride out. It didn't seal up very well. I recently had a small hole that it did seal. I didn't even know I had gotten a puncture until I looked at my tire after the ride. I have also heard that this sealant won't cause corrosion of your spokes/nipple area like Stan's does. Well, I recently had to replace spokes on a one year old wheel and there was corrosion on the nipple area. I have only used Orange Seal in that wheel. I imagine all sealants cause this corrosion.

Good stuff

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I liked that installing it into a tubeless tire through an injector it was no-mess install. Normally using the factory sealant or even the stans, leaves a mess. Not this stuff.

Excellent Product

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

This is the best sealant on the market in my opinion. I live in southeastern Pennsylvania where our climate is from one end of the spectrum to the other end. With that said I’ve had this sealant last up to a year, if not longer In some cases. Without any doubt this is the only tlr sealant I will ever buy!
