Great Pedals

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Put these pedals on my new bike and I love them so far. They are super grippy with my new five ten shoes.

Great pedal for great price

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Just the pedal I was looking for. Super grippy and not too heavy. Amazing for the price. Love them!

best plastic pedals you'll find

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Easily my favorite composite pedals. Long pins, plenty of grip. Wide platform for bigger feet. Bearing haven't showed and slowing down in 6 months of riding

Solid Flat Pedal

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are a great pedal option if you are on a budget. Really thin for a composite pedal, while still giving you all the stiffness and grip you would need. Pair these with a good biking shoe like a five ten and you almost won't notice a difference from a clipless pedal.

Perfect

Been biking a bunch last few years. These are everything you need. We have own a dozen plus sets of pedals and i think this is the best all around before they get crazy pricey. We have the Aluminum version too.

    Grippy and Durable

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These pedals stick great to flat pedal shoes, and, if you're know for pedal strikes, they're plenty durable.

      Best budget pedal

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I first used these on a demo bike and liked them enough that I got myself a pair. I have used a few budget friendly pedals and these are my favorite so far.

      Awesome Pedals

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These pedals are lightweight and look great. I really like the shape of them and they grip very well.

      Great Budget Pedal

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

In my opinion, there's no reason to spend twice as much on a fancy aluminum pedal when these are lighter and just as grippy. I'm constantly striking pedals and i've never had an issue with one breaking. Bearings last a long time and they look new forever.

      Awesome Pedal

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I was a little skeptical about this pedal at first. I saw other pedals for the same price that had many more 5 star reviews but they did not have the black color in stock while this one did. I took a leap of faith and purchased these ones and I love them. They have an amazing grip on my shoes and are really sweet for pedaling, and they look awesome. They are a little bit bigger than most other pedals but they are lightweight and I have never thought it was a problem. I really love them and am glad that I got them.

      Great pedals

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Cheap, colorful, and do their job well. What more do you need?

      Lightweight, cool colors

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are my first flat pedals and I've liked them- lightweight and super grippy.

      Lightweight and Awesome Price

These pedals are as good or better than my Race Face flats. Super light. Stiff under foot. Priced well so that I can buy another set if I want to.

        Great For The Price

Can't say that these are anything that will blow your mind, but they'll get the job done and keep them getting done for a while. Very light, great grip and shape, and a fantastic price for what you're getting.

          Good, nothing that stands out

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have had Chesters and the cheapo Imriders from Amzn and while these are very nice pedals, I don't see that they are really any better than the Imriders for half the price. I kind of like how the Chesters have a leading edge to them, but these seem to work about as well even without. The reason I wanted to try these is in one online review they recommended them for larger feet, which I have. They are indeed larger than Chesters, but the grip feels the same. Good pedals, same price as Chesters, its just Ford vs Chevy at this point, its all good but neither really pulls ahead in my book.

For the price these are great

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

For the price these pedals are fantastic. They grip like to other and weigh very little. You can spend a lot more on nicer looking fancy pedals but for under $50 you can't beat the grip that these offer. The look is kind of take it or leave it and more expensive pedals do look nicer but all in all a great value. Have not tried the raceface chesters but I reckon those are a viable alternative as well.

          Do not buy imo

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These pedals offer great grip and are pretty light. I absolutely 100% would recommend against buying these for one reason. Durability is total trash. Mine broke after two pedal strikes with about 2 months of mild use. The pedal strike that broke them was at low speed. I was very surprised to find out this is not something that would be covered under warranty after they state "Nylon composite that holds up to against abuse"... Super disappointed Backcountry or 1UP did not cover this.. You make a product or stock it you should standby it period. Especially if you're going to claim it holds up to abuse.

          demo Peds

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used these on all our demo bikes in the bike shop and have yet to have any problems with a single pair. They are super grippy and you are able to get them off with an allen or a ped wrench.
