To see every obstacle on the road, and to help others see you, equip your bike with the NiteRider Swift 500 Headlight for confidence when it counts. With the Swift 500 Headlight, you'll be supplied with 500 lumens that alternate between five light modes in NiteRider's lightest weight headlight. No. Does not hold a charge.

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Does not hold a charge. I rarely ride in the dark. When I do ride in the dark I really need to be able to count on my light. This light never held a a charge long enough to be useful to me. I had to ride 4 and half miles home from shop where I got my trike weldedNot having use this late and while it was completely dead, or so I plugged it into charge it overnight& or so I thought. When I got to the shop that afternoon slow it was completely dead. I had to get a much smaller emergency light. Soon after starting home it began pouring rain, and getting very dark. This light sure would have been helpful.
