Light headed.

Congratulations, you’ve untied yourself from messy, ungainly wires by picking up the NiteRider MiNewt.150/250 Wireless light … but now you want to mount it on your helmet instead of your bars. Just get the Helmet Mount and start illuminating from your head.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Strapped this thing on my helmet and works great! Purchased it with my Night Rider lamp and being helmet mounted is so much better than a handlebar mount. I ride tons at night and this allows me to put light exactly where I turn my head!
After several seasons of use, the plastic latch is beginning to wear, but I will definitely purchase it again!
Absolutely love it!

Thanks for the review Garrett! Stoked you are getting out!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I ordered this item for night riding in the NE. The very first time I attempted to mount/dismount my NiteRider Lumina 850 Micro, the tab broke under light pressure. Two thin connections on either side are not substantial enough to last. Or, I happened to receive the lemon of the bunch.

Does the trick

Keep you helmet in place with this awesome mount. Plays nicely with my Troy Lee Designs A2.

Easy to use and reliable

Doesn't come off in use, cheap and does exactly what I needed done. The pro-tip below is a good one, use some small zip or twist ties to manage the straps (rather than trimming them) so that you can still migrate between helmets as you get new ones.

Great Solution

Used this for years on all my helmets. This thing just keeps on trucking. Adaptable with all helmets that have vents. Pro Tip: use tiny zip ties to strap down the lose straps and keep them in place.
