  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These waterbottle are great. Super simple and unbreakable. They are also way lighter than the insulated water bottle that are popular now.

Multi Purpose!

I use this for coffee while backpacking and bring along a koozie so I don't burn my hand and can help insulate the hot drink. This way my coffee mug can double as an extra water bottle during the day rather than being dead weight. The lid also keeps it from dripping on anything else in my pack.

I also use this around town if I want to bring a small amount of water with me. And sometimes use it as a whiskey flask for car camping. I've had the same one going strong for over 10 years.

Love the size

I have a few of these as I'm a huge fan of Nalgene. I have one that is 16 years old. Although these do seem to break easier, i've had 2 crack now when I thought it was impossible, but still rare. They fit in my tiny purse pocket meant for a water bottle just perfectly .
