- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The Cobalt Blue, is in fact, blue (the wrong image is currently showing of the black jersey). I purchased the XL, and while I love it and have already worn it twice in the same week, I do wish the XXL was available here, I would appreciate a slightly longer torso fit (and I am only 5'5") Another review on the Machines website gave some good advice about sizing up if you prefer longer coverage, OR, if your coverage is feeling short on account of your bust or shoulder size taking up space. Overall, this jersey is a dream come true, and I haven't seen anyone else offer this kind of fit and style in a women's mtb jersey. The fabric has a soft and smooth feel to it as well. Dear Machines: Please make more of these! Dear Backcountry: Please carry all the extended sizes Machines offers, and is known for. I treated myself to this jersey before a long birthday ride, and it was definitely the correct life choice.
