Slip the Louis Garneau Women's Solano 2 Tights over padded liner shorts for heat-retaining, wind-breaking warmth. This cold-weather cycling tight features Light WindDry 2 fabric along the leading edges (front and upper back) to block gusty headwinds and frigid air from chilling your legs. This fabric is wind-breaking and water-resistant with its polyurethane membrane, making it ideal for cold-weather rides and training sessions. Plus, you'll find HeatMaxx throughout the body for maximum heat retention when the mercury dips to freezing.
Power+ Lycra along the waistband stabilizes and supports, while evenly distributing pressure to reduce irritation and pressure points. Smooth flatlock seams eliminate chafing when you're riding for long durations. Other key features include articulated knees for unrestricted pedal movement, signature ankle grippers for a secure fit, and reflective accents for boosted visibility after dark.

Ripped after less than 100 miles
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: M
These are a nice weight tight, useful for shorter rides in colder weather (20/30F). They do not have a chamois, and it is important to note that the seams are stitched without a central gusset, so thick underwear / boyshorts underneath is a must. They are on the shorter side, which is perfect for me (5'2", a bit long on me but do-able). The reason I'm giving them only one star is that they completely ripped all the way up a panel seam on me this morning. I've only worn them to ride to work (7 mile round-trip) about 10 times.
