- How to Measure:
- For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
- Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Natural Waist:
- Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
- Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
- Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Chamois fail, waist band fail
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
this chamois is flatter and less cushioning than many a maxipad. Certainly you cannot use it on a ride of any serious duration. Riding on a road bike, esp. in the drops, the coverage does not extend to your lower back, or your waist line, but rather is a massive gap with almost any cycling specific top (another reason why I should stick with bibs). the shorts are essentially only rideable for cruising for an hour if you have a bike with geometry that has you fairly upright. What a waste of money. I am so sick of women's cycling gear that is apparently not made for performance but just for looks.
