Why We Like The Keo Blade Carbon Pedals

We look no further than the Look Keo Blade Carbon Pedals for top-end pedaling performance. Aerodynamic and stiff, the Look pedals are a favorite for getting the most power out of every pedal stroke. These pedals are used by ourselves and pros and have an incredible list of Palmares to go with them. The blades can be replaced as well, so it’s easy to adjust them for a tighter or freer fit.

  • Aerodynamic pedals offer premier power transfer
  • Large contact area helps foot feel secure
  • Different blade attachments customize how snug the fit is
  • Chromoly spindle is lightweight and won’t degrade over time
  • Carbon blade is placed in a naturally aerodynamic position

Light, Durable, Reliable

I've used it several times

I just retired my first generation Look Keo Blade pedals after ten seasons, about 40,000 miles. They were still going strong, but finally starting to show their age. These Gen 2 pedals have an even wider platform, and the blade spring has been moved to under the pedal, a sleek design improvement. Pedals came in at 230g for the pair, very light, and they spin freely and hang properly for easy entry. Cleat-to-pedal connection is solid, while allowing some float with the included grey cleats. With any luck I’ll get another ten years out of these. I service my pedals annually, pulling the axle spindle, clean and regrease, and reassemble. That only takes a few minutes, and ensures smooth operation season after season. I’ve used Look pedals since they were introduced in the 80’s, to me they’re still the best.
