Vis 180 isn't just a clever name, it's the truth. The Light & Motion Vis 180 Micro Light provides a full 180 degrees of visibility in traffic with a large light bar in the back and a flashing light on each side, so drivers will be able to see you.
The Vis 180 is extremely easy to install. No tools are necessary. You simply place the mount pad where you want it on the seatpost, wrap the strap around and through the loop, and pull tight. It's just like putting on a belt to hold your pants up. The light itself then attaches to this bracket with an adjustable quick-release system so you can take it with you quickly and easily.
The Vis 180 operates in four different modes: high (4 hours of battery time), high pulse (6 hours of battery time), low pulse (12 hours of battery time), and paceline (20 hours of battery time). The Vis 180 also has a true battery status indicator light, so you'll know exactly when it's time for a recharge with the convenient micro-USB .
The Light & Motion Vis 180 is available in a single colorway. The main (rear) light is red and the side indicator lights are amber.

- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This light is super bright and easy to mount, it stays right were you put it, it does not move because of the rubber material. It is also very versatile because you can put it on the handle bar and nobody will notice that it is not the place where it supposes to be.
Can this attach to a bag handle, or just a seat post?
This has a clip on the back that would attach to a loop on your bag.

I live in Seattle and was wondering if the light can be used in rain/light rain conditions.
Good news! This light is actually waterproof so you will be good to go!
The best rear light
After seeing how well my Light & Motion Urban 200 improved my commute it was an easy decision to upgrade my rear light to the Light & Motion Vis 180 Micro. It is extremely bright, has excellent side visibility, and the high pulse mode puts it over the top. A no brainier for commuters.
