Worth the Extra Cost

Fit:
Runs large

I was looking for a light weight full face helmet for a while. I purchase the Fox Proframe and 100% trajecta, but didn’t like the lack of fine adjustment due it being based on the internal pads for sizing. Once I saw that IXS put MIPS on the TRIGGER full face, I had had to have it. I originally got the M/L due to my other helmets being that size; POC tectal and Venteal. The M/L is much larger, so check the numerical size of your current helmet prior to purchase. I returned the M/L and got the S/M and it fits nice and snug. Pros: - MIPS - fidloc buckle - BOA style fine adjustment - super light weight - visor goes up - understated graphics (probably more personal) Cons: - price - my ears rub ever so slightly on the inside foam - could use more padding for a comfier fit

Lightweight, comfortable, easy to adjust and take on and off. I can get my Fox goggles to sit up if I raise the visor (sometimes better than others) - they do remain in my peripheral at the top, but it's not bad. I was close to the edge on sizing, but decided that the snug fit was safest and best.
