The creative folks over at Industry Nine have taken to the studio to produce the Hydra Enduro 315 Carbon 27.5in Boost Wheelset for all-mountain control. Industry Nine describes it as the crossing of a gladiator and a gymnast, so we can certainly imagine ourselves having options on trails that would send lesser wheels back to the drawing board. The soul of the Enduro 315 plays around in the Hydra 32-hole hubs, which are fined-tuned from stock aluminum into highly refined masterpieces ready for rowdy drop-ins and full effort switchbacks. The six-pawl freehub engages at a 0.52-degree angle for a response that feels it is hard-wired to the brain.

The 27.5in wheel size provides fast accelerations and nimble steering, while the 31.5mm internal width supports 2.3-2.6in tires to suit terrain-specific needs. The Enduro can be run tubeless or with a tube-type clincher tire if needed and can support riders up to 260 pounds.
