Neat idea, clean design.

Kinda torn. Just got this for a 2.4 width tire. The tire was absolutely swimming inside of this mount. Set it up regardless and the bike almost immediately fell out of the mount. I'm considering a new bike this year with 2.6" stock tires so I'm probably going to keep it for that, but the sizing is way off. I bought the hybrid version as well and it is far more accurate to my steel touring rig. That mount hugs the tire exactly how I'd expect based on the specs. This MTB XL is just way off.

This mount is awesome I bought 3 of them one for mine and my wife’s mountain bikes and one for my road bike. The installation instructions are easy to follow and it installs in about 5 minutes. Make sure you are drilling into a stud and you should have no issues! If you are on the fence about what size to buy size down. My tire is a 2.5in and it has a little wiggle room in the XL!
