Solve your energy-bar problem.

If you've ridden the roads of Belgium, Honey Stinger's Organic Stinger Waffles might remind you of the waffles you'd have inevitably snacked on. But aside from the waffle pattern and round shape, the differences are perhaps greater than the similarities.

Honey Stinger's Waffles are created just for endurance athletes, not merely as a tasty morning snack. And that they're packaged in single serving units makes them easy to carry in your jersey pocket for that moment when you'd like to eat something with a bit of texture. The Stinger Waffles are simultaneously toasty and chewy as you eat them. And unlike bizarre lab-born products, the natural ingredients in the Waffles chew easily and go down quick -- almost too quick. Because they taste so good, you'd like for them to last a bit longer.

Like their other energy foods, the Honey Stinger Waffles rely on honey, nature's energy food, for a majority of the carbohydrate load. The honey is easily digested because it's made of a just-right 1:1 blend of fructose and glucose. It acts quickly to give you a burst of energy and is easy on the stomach. With the waffle, you'll also get carbs from organic wheat and soy flour along with organic cane sugar and rice syrup. Honey Stinger Organic Stinger Waffles are packaged in a box of 16 individually wrapped waffles. They come in Honey, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, and Strawberry flavors and are a great on and off the bike snack.

  • Comes as a box of 16 individually wrapped waffles
  • Each 30g waffle contains 160 calories
  • The sweet and chewy waffle doesn’t taste like an ‘energy bar,’ and you may catch yourself eating them at home
  • Not safe for cyclists or runners with allergies to wheat, soy, or eggs

  • 16 individually wrapped waffles
  • 160 calories per waffle
  • Contains wheat, soy, and eggs

So Good!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are just about the most delicious way to get energy before, during, or after a run/workout. My biggest issue is the overwhelming desire to just snack on them during my downtime.

I love the waffles. They are great. Honey Stinger makes the best waffles. Everyone else is jealous. But seriously, these are a good mid ride energy boost. They are tasty, and easy to digest. They do tend to crumble though, so keep them in a spot with less movement.

    Waffles for the Win

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are the perfect size snack for bike ride or a ski tour. The size fits nicely into a pocket therefore making them easy to access on the go. They offer the perfect amount of sweet and give energy to power through the rest of the adventure.

    great tasting energy

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

these pack great and are perfect for that boost of energy you need to make it to camp or back to the trailhead. I always have some waffles in my pack.

    Brutally Delicious

Cant stop eating these things. One of few "trail snacks" that taste as good on the trail or sitting on your butt on the couch.

    Get em

These are so good I eat them when I'm biking, running, hiking, camping, etc. they are defenetly delicious they are not heavy on the stomach and ones you eat one you will justify eating them as snacks too.

I bought a few boxes of these and kept them in my cabinet for when I go hiking/touring/or camping and they've been great! They provide tons of energy, but have been pretty heavy on the stomach. I highly recommend going with the Honey flavor!

My husband and I love these. I tried one at work for the first time or I would have never bought them. They taste great, depending on what flavor you are into.

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I take these waffles with me on every hike/bike ride/ski day/etc and they have yet to disappoint. They are delicious and give you the energy boost you need without weighing you down. My favorite flavors have been the honey and caramel, although I've tried them all and they are all very good.

Pro-tip: warm these up over a hot drink to melt the filling :D

Taste great, awesome shape for storing!

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

They really are a great item, perfect jersey food for a little bike adventure, good for hikes as well! carbs, fats and protein, a bit of everything for when you are out there and need to eat. Not my favorite food for taking to works, the crumbs literally explode everywhere sometimes when you open them, its a extremely flaky product. Above all, these are quite delicious in the honey flavor, I am a simple flavors kind of guy and the honey is perfect.

Great snack to get you going!!!

These are great to snack on or use as a breakfast item. Pro tip put these on a hot drink for about a minute and enjoy a nice warm waffle! Easy to eat and taste amazing!! Have not had a bad flavor yet!! Try them all!!

            A must have

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I take Honey Stinger waffles on just about every bike ride. They taste amazing and I have never had an issues digesting the waffles on hard rides. The gingersnap flavor is worth a try!

Do they have anything I can stop eating?

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Stinger.... They just do it better.

They have the best energy foods on the market and these are definitely no exception.

These are not quite as fast of energy as the chews or gels in my experience but they do stick to the ribs a little better.

Buy a box in every flavor but especially the gingersnap if you like ginger based cookies!

A must for long distance hiking.

Easy to Digest, Flavor Could Improve

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought the honey flavor to take on longer rides as bonk security. I needed something more substantial then straight sugar chews but not as dense as a cliff bar. Taste is just okay, packaging is hard to open unless you plan to eat the entire thing immediately, contents are crumby.

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Race food, biking, hiking and yes even snacking for fun...they are delicious little waffles. Easy on the stomach and they pack a punch! Been using these for years and they are still a staple in the outdoor activity food category.

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the best flavor, IMO. Best thing to have with you on a long hike, or run. Takes up almost no room, and provides a ton of sustainable energy.
