Arm Warmers

Cycling arm warmers are fairly simple in nature, so it's the little details that make them comfortable and effective. A good example are these Gore Arm Warmers, which have flat-lock seams for a soft feel against the skin, pre-shaped elbows to maximize comfort and mobility, and wide elastic cuffs for a secure fit. They're ideal when you need a little bit of extra warmth on your morning ride, and can be easily removed and stuffed into a jersey pocket if they're no longer needed.

  • Arm warmers for cycling in cooler temps
  • Flat-lock seams for next to skin comfort
  • Pre-shaped elbows for mobility
  • Wide elastic cuffs keep them in place
  • Light and compact enough to pack in a jersey pocket
  • Reflective print marks the left from the right
  • Gore claims they work well for running and hiking as well

How to Measure:
For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Arm Length:
Measure from the center of your back to your wrist with arms held out.
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Arm Warmers that Stay Up!!

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Arm warmers are essential to my cool/cold weather riding. However all the arm warmers I've purchased/used such as Pearl Izumi and LG have had a tendency to slide down my upper arms after a few minutes of riding. The GORE arm warmers with the wide gripping band at the top took care of this problem. I have done a couple of rides with these new warmers and they stayed in place throughout my ride including a 52 miler. I also like the fact they are marked for you right and left arms. The only reason I didn't give them 5-stars is the lack of a thermal or fleece liner. The 52 mile ride was in the mid-40's at the start and I was a little cold for a while. As the temp's got into the 50's and stayed there I was more comfortable,

Great arm warmers for colder days

I've used it several times
Runs large

Get's the job done, but the fit itself is a bit loose. Depending on your preference you may like that but I should have sized down to the M/L. In other brands I am normally a XL.

These arm warmers are great. They are typical of the quality you expect from Gore wear. I use these regularly in Northern Michigan when I ride along the Little Traverse wheel-way. My ride is an out and back. I generally take them off on my return
