Don't let cold weather stop you from getting in those base miles. The new Gore 2.0 Thermo Lady Bib Tights are the perfect reason to ride. These insulated bibs feature soft, stretchy thermo fabric on the legs enveloping them in warmth. The brushed thermo fabric keeps your legs warm and dry by wicking away moisture from the skin to the surface of the fabric, where it evaporates. You avoid the chill from wind running through wet fabric. While your heart pumps and you work up a sweat, the mesh inserts on the back also help ventilate to provide core temperature regulation.

Unlike tights designed for men, or the ambiguous unisex fit, these bib tights feature a women's-specific fit that has an x-shaped design with a simple hook closure that lies, friction-free, over the breastbone. Don't want to undo that hook to take a 'break'? Gore has added a 2-zipper system to remove the tights easily and without exposing your core to the cold. Take those 'breaks' as easily as the guys do.

The Power Lady chamois incorporated into the bibs provides hours of comfort with no need to layer your padded shorts underneath. It is a seamless, anatomically molded chamois designed specifically for women with elasticity, ventilation, and breathability. The all-way stretch Elastic Interface Technology conforms to your body for comfort in the saddle mile after mile.

The tights feature reflective trim, logos and ankle zips for easy entry. The Gore Power 2.0 Thermo Lady Bib Tights come in sizes X-Small to XX-Large and in the color Black.

Made me look like a huge black blob!

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs large

These would definitely keep me warm in cold weather. And while I am not too vain, this bib makes me look and feel horrible!!!!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I purchased these for Wife, her review is as follows: "My husband and I moved from Southern California to Salt Lake City UT in the middle of winter, and I needed something (anything) that would make being outdoors for more than 15 minutes bearable. I chose these Gore Bibtights, and am so happy I did. I've worn them in 20 degree and as warm as 40 degree weather, and have been very comfortable - no chafing, wind stays out and the touch of hi vis green on the legs helps you stay noticed. I've worn these on several rides with varying distances (20 miles - 70 miles), and have had no discomfort. There is also a bio-break zipper on the waist which saves time and body heat - genius and easy to get tights off/on!"

Hi, I'm similarly looking for somethign warm because I moved from CA to CT. I ordered these but was thinkign to return because they look thin and like they have no roubaix or anything- does your wife relaly manage to stay warm in them for 3 hours of road riding in the 25 - 40 degree range? Does she have other layers or other tights she also has found to be good? Thank yoU!

I bought these because of the zipper. One too many times of needing to go! When I put them on, the chamois felt very bulky but it was very comfortable on the bike. It was a chilly day; right around 32 degrees, but they kept me toasty warm.

I just wore them for the first time . It was in the upper 30's. They felt soft and super comfortable. The zipper made bathrooms breaks easy and the system worked well. I am sure they will take me down to cooler temps. I am really pleased with my purchase!

Excellent value and kept me warm

I have been layering fleece lined non-chamois windstopper pants over my shorts and the layers were getting bulky and uncomfortable around my waist, plus the pants would sag. The sale price made these a great price point to try. I find they pretty much keep me warm. The front of my thighs would like a little more warmth, but for the most part I am ok. Here in Phoenix, AZ you may not think it gets cold, but for me, at times below 55 F I need some extra warmth. These did the job well. Initiallly, putting them on is similar to other reviews: Tight across chest, larger through thighs than I would like, and the chamois seems too large and diaper like. But, once I got riding I did well. 2 - 2 hour rides with no issues. That is a good thing! The zippers were a little odd, but they work!

Unanswered Question

What is the difference between these bibtights and the similiar Gore Bike Wear Power 2.0 Reflex Thermo Bib Tights? I own the Reflex version, and would love to know what makes this pair different, as they look exactly the same for me aside from their leg decorations/reflectors. Thanks!

Excellent Value

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

These are an excellent pair of bibs. Fit true to size. The brushed fabric feels soft and very comfortable. The chamois works great for me. Not to bulky but still felt great after 3 hours on my bike. They are a bit tight across the chest and I'm only a 32 C. I will be picking up another pair of these.

Effective so far at 46 (F)!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was so excited to get these bibs. It's my first pair of long bibs. In the past, I have worn tights over my bibs or shorts, and was tired of that. It never worked that well - I felt over-stuffed and stiff. I don't like leg warmers, so this was the next logical step.

I was concerned that these would be too warm, especially when they touted the insulation. So far, not. They were great at 46 (F) with a pretty nice wind and low humidity.

The chamois seems a bit large while off the bike. I think this was the first time I have experienced the "Diaper" feeling that is described by others. The insert was comfortable and not noticeable while riding, though. Perhaps this will improve as it shapes more to me over time. It seemed less dense that the Xenon Sonic Lady in my short bibs, but it wasn't mushy-feeling.

The bibs fit great, except the fabric next to the hook seems to be a bit more compressing on my chest than I would like. That said, while riding, I didn't feel as though my breathing was compromised.

I'm looking forward to trying these in cooler temps and will report later, assuming the snow doesn't start flying soon. Overall, happy with the purchase, but the diaper and the chest fit kept them from five stars for me.

I've worn these bibs several more times, with temps in the 40s and 50s (F). They continue to perform well, and the chamois has indeed shaped more to me, so the "Diaper" effect is no longer an issue.

Looking forward to many more rides with these. They have already extended my cycling season. :-)

Keeps you warm and stays put

I originally ordered this in a medium, but found it was huge on me. I am 5'2", 130lbs. I exchanged it for a small, but still feel like it is a little roomy, and frankly I am not the type that likes things skin tight. The chamois is on the thin side. I use mostly Castelli shorts and prefer them to this. It is ok on a ride two hours or less, but beyond that I'd prefer a better Chamois.
