Show off your good taste.

If you appreciate clean lines and functional features, you’ll appreciate the Gore Bike Wear Power 2.0 Short Sleeve Jersey. A bold color palette complements the understated styling, which will keep it looking current in seasons to come. And with well-selected technical fabrics, it offers far more than mere aesthetics.

For the construction of the Power jersey, Gore chose a nylon/elastane fabric blend, which takes advantage of nylon’s wicking properties, as well as elastane’s necessary stretch. Because it’s effective at transporting moisture from the skin to the surface of the fabric, the Power jersey will keep you dry, which is key for comfort. In addition, the stretchy fabric fights bunching and pulling and allows it to move with you throughout your ride. A full-length semi-lock zipper at the front of the jersey lets you control your temperature on the fly. This zipper leads up to a close fitting collar that rests against your neck instead of flapping in the breeze.

For holding your ride essentials, the Power has three rear pockets. Even better, the outside pockets have been slanted for easy access while in the saddle. Gore also incorporated reflective materials throughout the jersey in order to increase your visibility to motorists in low-light conditions.

The Gore Bike Wear Power 2.0 Jersey - Short Sleeve - Men's is available in five sizes from Small to XX-Large and in the colors White/black, Weekend Green/white, Splash Blue/white, Red/white, Cadmium Yellow/white, and Black/white.

  • Nylon/elastane fabric blend

Sizing seems to be a bit off

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

The quality of the fabric and design is great. The issue I found is sizing - despite measuring and picking the recommended size it turned out too big, specifically too long. Particularly when you have some items in the back pockets the fabric will stretch a lot. I have a Gore jacket in size L which fits perfectly well. This jersey in L is too big. Recommend a size smaller. I only found out about it after I had worn it once under realistic conditions so returning is not an option :-(

This Jersey is a very good fit, it light weight, moves with you, awesome.

Stretchy, no ride-ups comfortable

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a great addition to your wardrobe. I'm 5' 10" 140lbs and a small fit me very well. The material is almost sheer so it stretches any which way. It's lightweight and it breathes well, and it doesn't ride up my back when I'm in the drops or leaning forward. Nor does it grab at my armpits or my neck. So that's great.

My only quibble is that it's so stretchy that it can be hard to get things in and out of the rear pockets, especially if the shirt is damp. I would like a slightly stiffer opening for the pockets so that I can pull my gels or phone out without messing about blindly for five or ten seconds.

Right fit at the right price

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: L

I exchanged another (cheaper) biking jersey for the Gore Bike Wear Power 2.0 and I love it. Very elastic, fits right all around, breathes well, has a zipper pocket in the back for my iPhone, and the price is just right with a 20% discount.
