Giro Civila Shoes - Women's $149.95
On and off the bike.
Stylish and walkable for urban errands, yet technical for excursions outside the hustle and bustle, Giro's Civila Women's Shoes make life on two wheels effortless. To start with, laces instead of hook-and-loop straps leave the roadie look behind, while high-traction pads on the firm outsole ensure stability when off the bicycle, and efficiency when spinning the pedals.
The Civila's perforated microfiber upper and performance last helps keep feet cool, while providing a fit that's snug but not restricting. For the footbed, molded EVA with a micro-suede top sheet is treated with Aegis for antimicrobial properties.
The Giro Civila Women's Shoes come in the color Black/White/Milky Blue, with sizes ranging from 36.0 to 43.0.
- Perforated microfiber uppers
- Injected nylon outsoles with 2-bolt cleat mount
- Replaceable high-traction walking pads
- Nonslip laces
- Molded EVA footbeds treated with antimicrobial Aegis

A dream for an ultra-low volume foot
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Normally wear size 7 - size 39 is perfect.
I have a narrow foot, low volume, super low vertical and this is the best fit in a shoe I have ever found. Over the last 3 years, I have tried on at least 25 different shoes and this is the first one that even came close to fitting properly. I love the laceups!
I commute 25 miles round trip each day in these and they feel great. The lace up allows me to create a perfect fit around my foot allowing me to get more connection with the pedal throughout the stroke.
Took a bit (and a fall) to get the hang of clicking into the spd pedals, but gradually it has become much easier - there's very little/no obvious clicking sound or feeling when I clip on to the pedal.
My previous shoes were mountain bike /spd pedals and I was swimming - this is a huge leap forward for me. Also have rec'd many compliments on the look of the shoes - and could walk a short distance in them comfortably.
I like the look because I am always afraid of looking like a gearhead who has the look for the sake of the look, but has no game. You know what I mean?
Anyway, highly recommend for an ultra-low volume foot of a commuter.
