Does “Dual-sided” refer to left & right or top & bottom? In other words, do I need to get the dual-sided pedals to get power from both left and right pedals, or does dual-sided mean I don’t need to worry about whether I’m on the top or bottom of these SPD pedals, which have two different tension adjustments (top & bottom) of each pedal? If I get single-sided, do I get power reads from just the top of both left and right pedals, or top and bottom of only one pedal?

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your question! In this instance "Dual-sided" refers to having a meter in both the left and right pedals. These are also Dual-sided in that there is no designated top or bottom though additionally.

Probably a stupid question, but won’t they get smashed if you use them mountain biking?

What is the actual and advertised weight of these?
