- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I use these on single track and the elbow pads by gform pro X are flexible and stay in place comfortably but the Slides do not stay on my knees although they are snug the padding is much stiffer so they fall down. Great shin guards not so much for knees. Or the stock item was so old they dried out the foam.
