Made my bike ride like new!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Didn't realize how important this service was. Purchased this seal kit and had a good friend assist in the rebuild. Shock has zero fluid left in it and after replacing seals and adding lube the bike rides better than ever. This is a costly repair in a shop, so buy the seal kit here and get someone to help you and save some cash!

Why would you not do this?

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

It takes me less than a half hour to replace the air can seals in my fox shocks, and there is a noticeable difference in the ride quality of the rear suspension after it is changed. You wouldn't run your car without an oil change would you?

Fox Seal kit

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Servicing fox rear shocks are simple and easy with this kit. Works with most fox air shox.

Basic Maintenance goes a long way

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The suspensions sees a lot of wear and tear throughout the riding season. Keep up the maintenance with this simple seal installation kit. There are a lot of tutorial videos on the internet to walk anyone through the process if you would like to do this yourself.

Keep your shock running smooth

Change your seals and oil once a season if possible, as Perry said in his review. This kit has everything you need for all Float-series rear shocks and includes the Float Fluid.

Keep it silky smooth

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A once a season necessity to keep your rear end happy and keep it gripping the ground. It's a very easy fix for an at home mechanic, with basic tools and skills required.

Refresh your Ride

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Do you have seals for a 2005/2006 Fox Float R Brain mounted on a 2005 Specialized Epic Marathon ?

Maintain your stuff!

Do the recommended service on your shock and keep it feeling like new. It's worth the minimal cost and time.

Highly Recommended

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I used to think the super short service intervals on suspension was a load of garbage. Then I started actually doing them, and my god it makes your bike ride incredible! The longer you put off doing it, the more you'll kick yourself once you do and see the difference it makes. Easy to do at home if you are comfortable with that, just follow instructions and take your time.

Super Easy

Super easy to install and keeps your shock feeling new. What's not to love?

Remember When Your Bike Was New?

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

It felt great! Fresh seals on the shock will help get you back to that place. get the kit and the tools, watch the youtube videos, and refresh your ride.

Easy Maintenance

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is a low cost maintenance that can be done yourself. It makes total sense. Basically, you're looking at keeping your shock running well vs possible damper and air can issues that may result in much larger costs and lost time on your bike due to having to return your shock to Fox.

You love your bike, keep it feelin good

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The standard fox kit, keep your rear shock feeling like butter. Includes everything you need to rebuild your own suspension, just don't screw it up.

Keep it feeling like new!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I rebuild my shock every 60 hours. It is simple and quick and worth it. This kit comes with every O-ring and seal you need to rebuild most Fox shocks. Maintaining your shock and rebuilding them often will help prolong the life and quality of your suspension.

The feelings you get on rebuilt shocks.

I used this kit to rebuild my rear Fox DHX 4.0 air shock after I was beating it up on Ski Lift runs. It has all the seals (+ extra) to rebuild it, along with the 5CC/mL fox pillow pack. Will definitely be rebuilding my rear shock more frequently since it's pretty easy. If you think you have to rebuild yours, you probably do. Fox recommends every 30hrs of riding or so - I think I waited like 5 years. Haha

    Prevent costly repairs!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Every 30 hrs it is recomended you rebuild your rear shock. This kit makes that extremely easy to do so. Go buy a dentists pick from the drug store, remove your shock from your bike, then follow Fox's instructions on youtube to disassemble your air can and put in fresh new o-rings, seals, and lubrication. Well worth the headache down the road of a full factory rebuild and this will keep your bike feeling fresh!
