Description

Enduro Pro Knee Guard

Its good to let go of control sometimes and go with the flow, which may take you a bit out of your comfort zone. For those moments that push you a little further than you'd like to go, toss on Fox's Enduro Pro Knee Guard. These beefy guards offer coverage for your knees and shins using Fox's F3 Armor that provides you with a minimal restriction and maximum protection. F3 flexes and moves with you when you're working up long and tiresome climbs, and hardens on impact to absorb and dissipate forces from big hits. The pad itself is made from moisture-wicking fabric, with open stretch mesh at the back of knee to boost breathability and ventilation. Cordura on the front of the pad is built for high abrasion resistance, and its backed up with a reinforced skid plate that reduces friction against rocks and dirt in the event of a sliding fall. After your ride you can easily remove the F3 foam inserts from the pad and toss them in the wash for easy cleaning.

  • Breathable pads with enduro-level protection
  • Flexible F3 pad moves with you, but hardens on impact
  • Reinforced skid plate reduces friction in sliding falls
  • Hold up to abrasion with help from Cordura in impact-prone areas
  • Open stretch mesh boosts breathability and ventilation
  • Foam inserts are easy to remove for washing after the ride

Breathable, light, SMALL

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small

When ordering these guards go up a size or 2! I followed the size chart and they nearly cut my circulation off. These would be okay if you pedal A LOT and need something light weight but I do not think they would hold up to my crashes. They were very thin and felt like they would be torn the first time a pedal pin hit them. I returned for a different guard.

Super light but still tough

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Very breathable, super comfortable but still tough enough to give pretty good protection.

Game changing breathability!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I used to ride up, put my hard shell knee pads on only for the descent and kick them down for long stretches of pedaling. Even with the lighter knee pads I'd still wear them around my ankles for long climbs. Those days are gone!
The Fox Enduro Pro knee guard are super breathable and light! The venting through the foam pad is amazing. Now, like an avalanche beacon, they go on and come off at the car.
Cons: there is no padding on the side of the knee and the fabric is thin so that even branches and pedals can give ya minor scratches. I still wear a burlier knee pad for full on Enduro and DH riding!
Sizing can be weird. I'm normally on the small end of large and these I feel like a sausage link. Think about sizing up! That said, its only difficult to put them on and take them off. I forget they're on as soon as I'm riding.

These are great minimalist pads
