So Nice

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This thing is solid. Nice and heavy feeling (but not like its filled with lead), all the moving parts and super smooth and solid, all in all just exactly what I was looking for in a stand.

Industry Standard

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Folds open and close quite nicely for storage when not in use. No frills, but absolutely solid /sturdy bike stand.

Awesome quality!!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This bike stand is sturdy as hell. It folds up with ease and is lightweight so you can take it with you on the road. Holds the bike securely and hasn't failed me yet. Highly recommend it.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Makes cleaning and maintaining your bike a breeze, super sturdy and compact when storing and traveling with it. Only upgrade I'd ever get would be the ultra lite version of this but I love this one so far.

Convenient and Sturdy!

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I got this stand for my brother in law for Christmas, because he was experiencing the frustration of working on your bike without one. He had one that was attached to a bike rack, but that really limited him to working on his bike outside and didn't have the ability to really work around the bike .. cause... vehicle was attached to bike rack as well as not being able to leave the bike to get tools. people have sticky hands when it comes to bikes and he was fearful his would get stolen if he left it. This stand has solved his problem! the stand is really sturdy and he can work on his bike indoors where it's warm and doesn't have to worry about someone walking away with his bike! FREEDOM!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Very strong stand, also very pretty red color. It is super easy to work on bikes with

Is the clamp safe to use on carbon seat posts? Is its tightness adjustable?

Hi Dan, yes it is, the tightness of the clamp is adjustable.

Essential Accessory

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The product is a great addition to my bike accessories. It works well and functions as it should. It has some weight to it but easy to set up. I have had a few "tip-overs" probably due to operator error but overall a great piece for this self described home mechanic. One critic, the slide-lock mechanism can be finicky but definitely a great function to have. One final thing, I recommend getting the tray attachment for this stand. #Recommend

Great product

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got this so I could clean/de-grease my drive train standing up rather than sitting on the ground breaking my back. I love the ease of use with this stand. It folds up small and comes assembled. This is one of those purchases that you dont want to cheap out on because many of the lower level/priced stands have some sketchy reviews. I am very happy with this stand. I no longer dread cleaning/degreasing. Also, it cuts the time in half from the days I would sit on the ground to do it.

Secure and flexible

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is great stand for working road or mountain bikes. Very solid, easy to use and flexible. Don't know how this compares to the other Feedback Sports models.

put your bike in this stand

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

It sets up in 3 seconds right out of the box and makes taking care of your bike much, much easier. This should be the first thing you buy after your new bike!

portable, and awesome

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I prefer making my own repair stands but for portable repair stands; this is really second to none. Very stable and offer all the amenities of working at home.

My First Workstand

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

A great workstand. I have been using it for about a year and definitely makes maintenance and cleaning a lot easier. Plenty of locking mechanisms to keep the bike secure at the saddle post and never had an issue with it, thus far. A worthy investment.

First stand.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Been biking for a long time! Finally pulled the trigger on a stand (tired of maintenance/cleaning being a chore). I'm glad I did, this is a quality stand and extremely sturdy. Several friends recommended this particular one. I concur.

First repair stand I ever owned

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have never owned a repair stand before but always wanted one, usually when I was in the middle of something working on the bike. This is a solid, well made, well thought out stand that is functional and easy to use. Rock solid base, quality machining. Just a fine piece of equipment. I am obsessive about my bike and the tools I own. I just can't find anything to complain about. Super bike stand.

Awesome all-around stand

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We use these for our shop. They fold easily for transit on backpacks or in the bike trailer, and setup in a few seconds. Sturdy clamping mechanisms isn't quite our shop vice, but will hold plenty steady. Tripod legs not out of the way as much as some of the 2-leg versions are, but not bad. Look for it on sale and you won't regret.

I just received the black sport mechanic...

I just received the black sport mechanic stand (bought from you guys) as a gift. It has a simple spin clamp. Does Feedback Sports make the Pro Classic or the Pro Elite slider-style clamps available separately as an upgrade if I ever want to get one in the future? Thanks.

Thank you.

Can't go wrong.

Great repair stand. Really good quality. Wished I had bought one of these years ago. Pick one up on sale and save some $$

    Way better than I expected

It a fact fact once you use a repair stand it is hard to use the old flip the bike over method to clean and work on your bikes. After borrowing my brothers Park PRS-25 stand over the winter I knew I needed one of my own.

I really liked the Park stand and had no complaints about it except the $300 price tag and the fact that I blew the stand over when power washing my cross bike more that once.

When I saw the Feedback Sports Pro Classic the features and the price looked competitive so I gambled and bought it. Was I in for a treat. The Pro Classic stand is super light, 11 pounds on my scale. It folds down way smaller than the park too.

One thing I love about the stand is that it is solid as hell. The three legs are ideal compared to two because I provides a huge surface that stays upright and handles uneven surfaces well. The legs can be folder out all the way for a wide base for bottom bracket of heavy bikes our can be left only partially open if you need the space to maneuver around, like in a cyclocross pit.

The method jaws are convenient and secure, but work best on seatpost and round tubes. Aero posts and frame tubes are a bit funky to work with. THis is one place the PRS-25 has an advantage. The jaws on the park are super quick to engage and disengage on various tube shapes. Taking the bike off the stand is a little slower on this stand also. The step up feedback pro elite stand has a push button release which would be nice if you are constantly taking bikes on and off the stand.

Overall I am happy I tried the Feedback Pro Classic stand and I am super impressed on the quality and functionality. It look pretty sweet as well.

Is this repair stand made in the USA or elsewhere?

      If elsewhere, where?

It didn't say anywhere on the stand itself but on the box it says "made in taiwan".
